Following the Spirit
Posted by admin on November 3rd, 2008 filed in UncategorizedToday’s been interesting. This weekend has been interesting, really. I’ve been glaring down at several papers and a test, but I’m not feeling worried about any of it. I believed everything would be alright. Thus far, it really has. I woke up at 6:30 and got in a lot of studying, made a big breafkast, and prepared myself for everything that will happen today. I didn’t start the paper, even though it was due at 2:00 PM. Mission prep came and went, with me getting a B on my midterm (not entirely happy with that), and I sat down in the Benson building to hammer out that paper. As I started on it, I started looking through my files at old talks to turn into a paper. To my delight, I found a talk I delivered in July on education that was *perfect* for what I needed. About 30 minutes of editing, a quick search for a printer, and I was done. Everything was alright.
Now to see about that philosophy paper. Max of 10 pages, one or two responses, with “frequent references to the work.” I’ve not read as much as I should have, and I believe that will be a challenge tonight, but the paper will still come about and I will find success in this.
